As a wedding photographer it's extra special when I get to meet a beautiful couple during an engagement shoot and then get to come back to photograph their big day. And nothing was more special then sharing in the wedding day of the gorgeous Lizzie and Karli.
The girls looked so happy and relaxed at their engagement photo shoot. We had fun traipsing around USD with their pup. This place has many amazing back drops but it also holds extra special meaning to the pair as it was here where they first met.
Fast forward to July 9th, 2022 and the fun continued. Lizzie and Karli tied the knot (quite literally) at the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club by the wonderful officiant Bethel Nathan. They celebrated their love surrounded by their nearest and dearest and danced up a storm to the moves of DJ Andy from The Groove.

Fantastic wedding photographer Heather Elise is an incredibly talented photographer, and my wife and I are so happy we booked with her. We initially met her at the 2020 bridal bazaar in San Diego, and remembered her work when we were planning our 2022 wedding. She is the kind of person that makes you feel at ease immediately, which helped us look relaxed during our photos! She is great at communicating & worked so well with our other vendors. We did an engagement shoot and our wedding day photos with her. Heather has a very artistic eye, and I love her unique photography style. I would recommend her to anyone looking to have the emotions of their special day captured in their essence.
